I’ve had two laminectomies (L3–4 in 1982 and L4–5 in 2014) and have also survived sports injuries and cancer, so I know pain and discomfort well. After years of living with it, you begin to accept that this is simply how life will be. Anita was recommended to me by my sister-in-law, and from the start her calm, thoughtful approach felt different from other therapists I’ve seen. She listened carefully to my history, assessed each area of discomfort, and worked with a gentle confidence that immediately put me at ease. After a 90-minute session, I can honestly say my longstanding discomfort—something I’ve lived with for nearly 40 years—was gone. Even more valuable, she helped me understand proper posture, sitting, walking, and standing. Three days later, I still feel great, with little to no discomfort, and I feel confident that if anything returns, Anita will know exactly how to address it. The experience was priceless, and I’m deeply grateful. I highly recommend her—absolutely worth your time.
