Enhance the sound of your instrument!
Learn how various parts and structures of the body move!

Musicians need to use their body and mind well in order to make beautiful music. Instead of joy and ease we sometimes experience pain, tension or discomfort while we play our instrument. Often our concepts and beliefs about our innate body design interfere with our natural poise and coordination.

The Alexander Technique gives us a working knowledge of the principles governing human condition. It teaches us how we can function more easily and comfortably.
In this workshop you will learn some cool body mapping and rediscover your innate freedom of movement. You will learn tools to prevent stress, fatigue and pain while learning how all of this will enhance your music-making.

This workshop is open to everyone who sings or plays an instrument, professional or non-professional. Please plan to bring your instrument to the workshop. See you there!
